Banquet Buffet Menu

Food is presented as a beautifully decorated buffet display on banquet tables for guests to enjoy and help themselves at their leisure.

 

Appetizer Trays

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus house made with organic chickpeas and roasted red peppers and garlic. Topped with extra virgin olive oil and pickled red onion. Served with extra crunchy crostini ~ 40
Bruschetta – Roma tomato, parsley, basil, roasted garlic, pickled red onion, house baked crostini ~ 45
Bavarian Pretzel Sticks – homemade soft pretzel sticks with spicy stone ground mustard and honey mustard for dipping ~ 50
Wedgies – rosemary and shallot infused olive oil potato wedges baked to golden brown with assorted homemade aioli ~ 40
Twist Loaf Sampler Basket – baked on premise with a sides of Italian seasoned olive oil, marinara and roasted garlic and parsley infused butter ~ 40
Lasagna Pies – baked in a petite pistachio pesto pasta shells layered with ricotta, prosciutto, mozzarella, pecorino romano, basil, roma tomato, organic baby spinach, red pepper and marinara ~ 60
Nippers & Marinara – Bite sized roasted garlic and pecorino romano bread pinwheels with homemade marinara sauce for dipping ~ 35
The BadaBing – Nello’s Mexican chorizo hot dog baked inside our twist loaf with stone ground mustard and caramelized onion, sliced and served with a side of pickled red onion ~ 50

Tomato Mozz – Chopped Klein Farms mozzarella, shaved Roma tomato, pickled red onion, greens, spinach, arugula, olive oil & aged balsamic reduction ~ 40

Flatbreads

Arranged into smaller portions for sharing: 3 flatbreads per tray, approximately 15 pieces per tray .Olive oil and roasted garlic rubbed homemade crust, baked in-house with pecorino romano

Margherita – Roma tomato, Klein Farms mozzarella, basil, garlic, olive oil ~ 28

Mussels

approximately 4 lb pans of mussels. Served with a basket of homemade bread and and rosemary and shallot infused olive oil potato wedges baked to golden brown and served with assorted aioli
House Mussels – simmered in an ale, celery, shallot, bell pepper, Nello’s uncured bacon and Colombian chorizo broth ~ 75
Mussels Marinara – in homemade San Marzano marinara and herbs ~ 70
Mussels Fra Diavolo – in a spicy blend of San Marzano marinara, seasoning and chili pepper ~ 70

6% sales tax & 20% gratuity is added to all banquet menu items. Prices and availability of items are subject to change.

 

BANQUET DESSERT MENUS ARE BASED ON SEASONAL SELECTIONS AND AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST

 

ROOMS

The Brewery – located at 11 Broadway (right side of Bangor Trust Building). The Brewery space accommodates up to 30 guests for sit dining or up to 45 guests for mix-and-mingle, casual events. Guests dine buffet style (buffet menus are decided 1 to 2 weeks in advance). This room is available 7 days a week for any 3 hour rental between 12pm and 10pm.

The Kitchen – located at 15 Broadway (left side of Bangor Trust Building). The Kitchen area accommodates up to 28 guests for sit dining Guests dine buffet style (buffet menus are decided 1 to 2 weeks in advance). This room is available 7 days a week for any 3 hour LUNCH between 12pm and 4PM. The Kitchen is available for DINNER Sunday through Wednesday for any 3 hour rental between 4pm and 10pm.
