We use many local, raw and organic ingredients for brewing our beer and baking. Our homemade baked goods are cooked to order, no microwave or deep fat fryer on premise. Many ingredients are sourced locally from Miller’s Egg Ranch, Nello’s Specialty Meats, McCollian Farms, Klein Farms and Baby Harry coffee. We thank you for joining us and supporting our family owned & operated, farm to table brewery & bakery.

Appetizers

Herb Loaf Sampler – a homemade vegan herb loaf with samples of our marinara, seasoned olive oil, and organic hummus ~ 7.50
Bavarian Pretzels – two soft pretzel sticks with sides of our house made honey stone-ground and spicy stone-ground mustards ~ 4.50
