Local and Sustainable

We use many raw, local and organic ingredients for brewing our beer and baking. Homemade, cooked from scratch, baked to order, no microwave or deep fat fryer on premises. Locally sourced ingredients from Miller’s Egg Ranch, Nello’s Specialty Meats, McCollian Farms, Klein Farms and Baby Harry coffee roaster. We thank you for joining us and supporting our family owned & operated brewery & bakery.


Herb Loaf Sampler – a homemade vegan herb loaf with samples of our marinara, seasoned olive oil, and organic hummus ~ 7.50

Bavarian Pretzels – two soft pretzel sticks with sides of our house made honey stone-ground and spicy stone-ground mustards ~ 4.50

Hummus – organic chickpeas, roasted garlic, a hint of lemon, and tahini. Topped with extra virgin olive oil, pickled red onion, and extra crispy crostini ~ 7

Holy Pierogies – A trinity of potato filled pierogies handmade from our friends at Holy Trinity Church. Brushed with Nello’s nitrate free smoked bacon and baked. Sprinkled with McCollian Farms dried dill and served with sour cream and our homemade pickled red onions ~  three for 7.50

Bread-n-Budder – our vegan Italian herb twist loaf with a side of roasted garlic parsley butter ~ 5

Belgian Endive Leaves – with aged Danish blue cheese, crisped prosciutto, roasted red peppers and pickled red onion, Drizzled with extra virgin Chilean olive oil and a balsamic reduction ~ 9

VEGAN Endive Leaves – with organic roasted red pepper hummus, brined and roasted whole pistachios, craisins, roasted red peppers, pickled red onion. Drizzled with extra virgin Chilean olive oil and a balsamic reduction ~ 8


The Grateful Veg – our organic hummus, McCollian Farms hydroponically grown seasonal greens, red wine & garlic mushrooms, roasted red peppers and pickled red onion baked inside of our VEGAN Italian herb loaf ~ 10  add goat cheese ~ 10.50

Saucy Thighs – free range chicken thighs slow cooked in a sweet pepper butter sauce served on a homemade round roll with hydroponically grown arugula, bleu cheese sour cream, and your choice of sweet pepper sauce OR spicy chili sauce ~ 9

Caprese Sandwich – fresh basil leaves, thin sliced Roma plum tomato, and Klein Farms mozzarella baked on our round roll drizzled with Chilean extra virgin olive oil and fig balsamic reduction ~ 7.50


Our homemade flatbread crusts are brushed with extra virgin garlic olive oil and baked with herbs.
